How to Clean Your Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Ice Maker (And Why You Should)

GE_Clean_dishes Cleaning our appliances sounds like something I should totally do.  I mean, I don’t want our stuff to be dirty. But I have 8 million things to do, so this one totally falls off the list. Especially because I didn’t know how to do it anyway.

I’ve been learning a lot lately about mold. Apparently it’s everywhere and can create a whole bunch of health problems for us.

Do you already clean your appliances? If so, and you use a different method than above, please share.

PS I also run water in my sinks occasionally and pour bleach in there and let it sit for a while.

I’m loving all of your posts. Im commenting on this one because I think cleaning your kitchen trashcan regularly is just as important as appliances. (That however falls off of my list too.) I clean mine in the bathtub after dumping crumbs in the disposal. Looking forward to more reading. Your style and content are right up my alley. Thanks.
