Grill Week: Our Favorite Grilling Book

We got this grilling book from our friend’s Rick and Rebecca a couple of years ago and we use it a lot. (Thanks for the great book, Friends!)

The Cooks Illustrated Guide to Grilling and Barbecue is a fantastic reference guide for anyone who likes to grill. We totally recommend it. And when I say we, I mean my husband, because I am more an-eater-of-grilled-foods rather than a griller myself. I’m happy to pick up foods that can be grilled so I don’t have to cook! for us to enjoy.

So get this for the griller in the house, wrap a couple of potatoes in foil, throw them in the oven and pour yourself a frosty beverage while someone else does the cooking!

Will have to add this one to our Amazon Wish List. hubs is a grill master too (I love Summer because I don’t cook much either!) His fav cookbooks are anything Stephen Raichlen and the Big Green Egg cookbook!

Hmmmm, I bet the Green Egg Cookbook would be a good Christmas gift for my main griller – and also my Dad. And I’ll also check out Mr. Raichlen. Thanks for the tip, Amy!
