So, I am having this little caramel phase and seem to gravitate towards anything that has it and I am looking for things to put it on.
Enter —> my hot cider.
I just get the individual packets (Alpine is what I like) but instead of making it with water, I make it with apple juice. THEN, put a dollop of caramel in it – I promise it is out of this world good. Very rich, but very tasty.
