Sometimes the most convenient time to hit the grocery store is right before I pick up my kids from school. (I mean, who wants to take them if you don’t have to?)
Anyway, when I do this, I put the cold stuff in a soft-sided cooler bag that I keep in my car. It has straps that make it easy to carry and lots of space.
Because it is soft-sided, it is also easy find a place for in the car when you are traveling and playing luggage Tetris. I used it over the weekend and was reminded how handy it is.
My mom got this one for me at Sam’s. I think it was around $15.
