…then you’ll love this. At the risk of sounding like an ad, which this is not, I have to tell you about one of my favorite kitchen gadgets. My mom got me a great microwave bacon cooker. It’s by Presto and I think it costs around $15. It has two shelves that you drape bacon on. All you do is cover it with paper towels and presto! Yummy bacon in minutes. It’s not as good as bacon cooked on a griddle, but it is better than cooking on a plate in the microwave.
Tip: Fold a paper towel in the bottom under the shelves to help catch the grease. It makes clean up easier.

Coca-Cola Detox: 3 weeks today! I have actually lost a couple of pounds and my skin looks better. I do have the occasional IZZE or lemon soda, but they are few and far between and I don’t find them to be addictive like Coke. I seem to have kicked my bad habit. Well, one of them anyway!
