Do you love home magazines (and great catalogs) as much as I do? If so, you might be interested in two web sites I have found. One is called One Kings Lane and the other is called Joss & Main.
These are home decor web sites that send a daily email with deals on gorgeous stuff. And when I say deals, I must clarify that 80% of the items are things I could never afford – even on sale. But I am a window shopper from way back, and these are like a free fabulous catalogs delivered to my email every day. I’ve not bought anything from either of these companies. In fact, I am only about two weeks in, but so far have really enjoyed it. At some point, the daily emails might be too much for me, but so far I am loving it.
You have to sign up for the email list and they make you wait a day or two to have access – I suppose that’s to make it seem exclusive.
Also, they sell limited quantities of items on sale so lots of times something I like already has a SOLD OUT label on it by the time I see it. I guess that’s to prompt spontaneous purchasing. On that note, I apologize in advance if this leads you to a spontaneous purchase you later regret, but I couldn’t help but share these two sites full of home decor eye candy.
