A Great Thermos

We’ve had a Thermos brand drink holder for about a year now, and I thought I would mention it to you guys since school starts back up in a couple of weeks and you guys might be in the market for one.

Here’s why I like it. At night when I empty out the lunch box, you can shake the thermos and hear ice in there. We are talking 12 hours later!

I was talking about this with my friend, Megan, and she said she used them at the beach and when she got home there was still ice in them. She has two for each of her kids, so if one set is dirty, there are always clean ones ready to go. Smart!

My daughter actually asked for the Thermos when she saw it at Target last year. I wasn’t going to buy it because it was (I think) around $15 and I thought that was steep. But, she begged and I caved. It turns out it was a good decision.

I picked up on of these at a consignment sale for my oldest girl. Best $4 I ever spent. Now, I’m just wondering about the odds of finding two more cheapies for my two youngest girls, or if I’ll just have to break down and pay retail. :)

$4 – Score! Hopefully you will find more. 30 smackers for two more thermoses is a lot of money.
