Ingredients for Roasted Rosemary Potatoes
- 10-12 red potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
- olive oil
- 1/4 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions
Chop potatoes into bite-size pieces. Toss with olive oil and rosemary. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
