You know how when you are at other people’s houses, you eat things you might not otherwise? Well, I was at my friend Rachel’s house and tried this next dish. It’s a tomato salad. And I really don’t like tomatoes, but I will eat this. It’s quite tasty. And it’s easy and good for you, so…total winner.
Ingredients
- 1 small container of feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 packages of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 2 small cans of sliced black olives
- 2 to 4 small green onions, chopped
- red onions, chopped (add as much, or as little as you like)
- 1 bunch of flat or regular parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- Greek dressing (Rachel says the Kroger brand is her favorite)
