During a visit with my sister and her family, I discovered a fun new way to have breakfast: Breakfast pizza. And it’s something the kids can help make, too!
How to Make Breakfast Pizza
- Boboli ready-made pizza crust
- Olive Oil
- veggies and or breakfast meats (we used sausage and bacon)
Cook bacon, sausage separately and set aside. Scramble eggs with milk. You can add toppings to the scrambled eggs. I would recommend you do this with veggies. Brush pizza crust with olive oil and layer eggs, breakfast meat, veggies and top with cheese. Bake at 350 until the cheese is melted.
