I am fortunate to have a lot of teachers in my life. So when I asked my friend Ginger about her favorite teacher gifts, she mentioned that one year she got a really nice beach towel with a clip to fasten it to a chair.
I really like the beach towel idea. And, if you can find an affordable place, consider having that towel monogrammed with the teacher’s name. The place I use charges only about $6 per word, so if you find a good deal on a beach towel, you can give a beautiful, thoughtful and affordable gift.

I would have loved that back when I was a teacher! One year, the class mom of my third graders put a class gift together- it was a beach bag with all the beach essentials in it. I loved that gift!
