GF Chocolate Chip Cookies – Easy and Delicious

If you are avoiding gluten and looking for treat options, I HIGHLY recommend this chocolate chip cookie recipe. I even made a believer out of my sister, Amy.



  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 bag chocolate chips of choice
  • 1/3 cup pecans


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a mixer, combine butter, coconut oil, and brown sugar. Add the vanilla and eggs. Add the baking soda and salt. Then add the almond flour a little at a time, beating well. Add the chocolate chips and pecans. Spoon dough onto cookie sheet and bake for 11-13 minutes at 350 degrees.
